Global Organics Balsamic Vinegar is produced from local Modena grapes and blended with the best wine vinegar, our balsamic vinegar is a delicious addition to salads or simply as dip for crusty bread. Traditionally balsamic vinegar is used as a dip for bread, a condiment with cooked or cured meats and grilled fish. Global Organics White Wine Vinegar is produced from a fermented blend of wine adding an acidic sharpness to marinades and sauces or balance of flavour when cooking. White wine vinegar has a more subtle floral note than red wine vinegar and is perfectly paired with lighter dishes like pale greens, chicken, tofu and seafood.
